We chose N Kemp Constructions after a process of obtaining other quotes from coastal builders in which pricing and service ranged
immensely. The quote came in very competitive. We did some investigative calls to people who had used them previously and we decided to contact them. After a previous builder nightmare experience, up north in the hinterland with a Noosa builder we were totally blown away by the diligence and professionalism of this father and son team. It was great to see how traditional building practice transformed our average suburban house into a contemporary modern home. It is no doubt we benefited from using a small town family business because in a small town you can’t afford to do doggy work, you won’t last long.
